STORING INFORMATION:

When you download the Bookmark App and create an account (“Account”), we may collect certain information about you, such as:

f. Sexual preference
g. Photographs
h. Location
i. Login information for social media accounts that you connect to your Bookmark Account (this could include, for example, your Facebook account).

Once you register, you will be able to review and change this information at any time just by logging in to Bookmark (other than your date of birth and location). It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date. If your phone number changes, please ensure that you update this in your account.

If you have given Bookmark access to your location in your device settings, when you use your mobile, we will collect information about Wi-Fi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your device’s coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we use it to personalise the App and make it easier for you to interact with other Users, by enabling the general locality information to be displayed to Users seeing your profile and showing you the profiles of other Users who are near you.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION:

We will not rent or sell Your information to a third party outside of Bookmark without Your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

1. We may share User content and Your information, including Personal Information, with third parties, including but not limited to advertisers on Our platform.

2. We may remove parts of data that identify You and share the remaining data with other parties. We may aggregate certain portions of Your data with selected portions of data from other users and share it with other parties.

3. Your posts are always public. Your content is publicly available for sharing.

4. We may access and share Your information, including Personal Information, in order to comply with laws and law enforcement.

BUSINESS TRANSFER:

We may share your Personal Information or any other information collected and stored by the Service with our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates for internal reasons in connection with the provision of the Services to you. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information:

ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION:

At Bookmark, we highly value your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding the personal information you share with us. Our Privacy Policy highlights our procedures for account deletion and the handling of associated data. You have the option to delete your account whenever you wish, and all related personal information will be permanently eradicated from our systems, unless otherwise required by law. We prioritize the security of your data and employ robust measures to ensure its protection. To initiate the deletion process for your account, just click on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the Settings page from the Bookmark App. Once the deletion process begins, you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added. All the user data, right from login, prompts, personal details will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the deletion request.
